Open House in RB This Weekend!

Snuggled in the first community built in the planned community of Rancho Bernardo, this home has real roots. Many neighbors came here to retire, and are still here, because they love the community, the views, the Club amenities, easy walk to the stores, bus transportation, LOW HOAs, and no Mello Roos. In recent year, the baby boomers have discovered Seven Oaks, and have been pulling the average age down. Their kids have moved on, they love the security of the neighborhood if they want to travel.

Excitement is High & Jobs are Available at WHE’s New Desert Office

From Rich Johnson's Windermere Homes & Estates Facebook page:

September 29 · Edited

Just concluded our first two days in the desert. The first Windermere Homes & Estates office on EL Paseo in Palm Desert will be opening very soon!

Construction of our modern, progressive, and collaborative office is only days away. If you've seen our other offices, you know this will be another flagship.

We are very fortunate and honored to say that we were able to add 12 new agents to our team in only two days!

We are also actively seeking Office Administrators, Transaction Coordinator's, and Branch Leaders to interview.

Clearly, the Coachella Valley agents value the Windermere name and we expect that many more will join us over the next few weeks and months.

The connections to the Pacific Northwest and San Diego will get even stronger now that there is cooperation and an attitude of working together to bring the true Windermere culture and client experience to our valued clients and agents.
